Omnes Artes, by more than 40 years, is a supplier of the most important Museums, Universities and schools of all levels.
The following conditions of sale are valid only for museums, universities, schools and other public entities.
The Public Organization can require an offer, and the contract will be concluded only after the issuance of the order by the Public Organization.
Omnes Artes will provide, if required, all the documentation necessary for the issuance of the order.
The Public Organization must send the order by email to the following address:

- Otherwise it can send a letter to: Omnes Artes s.a.s., via Torquato Tasso 22, 24047 Treviglio (BG) - Italy.
If not differentely agreed, the shipment will take place at the address of the Public Administration. It is possible, anycase, specify alternate addresses.
The payment will be done by bank transfer to:

The informations about the delivery terms are not binding. The goods will be shipped as soon as possible. The shipment will be executed by Poste Italiane or courier.
If the goods, at the arrival, are defective or damneged the Public Organization can ask for a substitution. In every case the return delivery cost are not refunded by Omnes Artes.
