Terms and Condition of Delivery

This delivery policy gives details of the delivery methods, delivery periods and delivery charges that apply to any orders for our products made through our website or by email or telephone.

Delivery methods

We will deliver to all the countries and territories.

If the address for delivery of your order is a Italian address, then we will use the Poste Italiane Pacco Celere 3 delivery service. If the customer requires it we can use another courier service.

If the address for delivery of your order is not an Italian address, then you will be able to select from the following delivery methods:

  • Poste Italiane Ordinary Service by surface and Ordinari Service by air, these are  cheaper but do not track the package; and
  • Poste Italiane Pacco Celere Internazionale that is more expensive but gives you the tracking of the delivery.

If the weight of the shipment is more then 30 kg we will use an International Forwarding Agent that is, as the same time, safe and cheap.

These periods are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process, until a 20 Kg package.  When the weight of the product is over 20 kgs the check-out process will not ask you any payment, and the order will be put in the state of “waiting for payment”

  1. we will calculate the best possible way for delivering, and put the delivery cost so calculated in the order, moving the state of the order to “waiting for customer confirmation”
  2. you will be noticed that the order is completed and we will ask you to go back to the order and complete the payment process. After the payment the order will be fulfilled.

Delivery charges, when possible (see above), will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. If you want to know in advance the delivery cost that will be charged, you can simulate the order and decide only at the end if to confirm it or not;

Delivery tracking

If the address for delivery of your order is a Italian address, the order will be  and you can use your order number (provided in your order confirmation email) to track your delivery here: http://www.poste.it/online/dovequando/home.do.

The international shipments will be tracked only if you choosed the Poste Italiane Pacco Celere Internazionale option.

Additional deliveries and collection

If the address for delivery of your order is a Italian address and an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service providers will make one further attempt to deliver your products.

If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service providers will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your product.  Such instructions will include a time limit for collection.
